William Logan Wiltse's Valedictorian Speech (Pemberton Secondary School Grad 2011)

William Logan Wiltse's Valedictorian Speech (Pemberton Secondary School Grad 2011) Tube. Duration : 5.08 Mins.

A video of my valedictorian speech for the grad class of 2011 at pemberton secondary. Transcript: [we shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender, ] Oh, sorry - wrong speech , just let me find... [drop massive amounts of paper and dig through to find the speech] Well now that thats dealt with... First off id like to say how honoured i am too be chosen as valedictorian I'm glad you could all make it here today. I hope you found the place easily. But, then again its not hard that hard when there are only ten buildings in town. Seriously, though, Pemberton is great, a fantastic place to grow up in. I mean look around, we have everything: mountains, forests ...and a giant mud puddle... oh well I cant complain. One of the greatest things about living in a small town is that you really get to know everyone. Especially considering we have had basically the same class since kindergarden. Remember when we were learning to tie our shoes with mr borris and his rack of sneakers? Sure we've gained and lost a few people over the years but for the most part our class has stayed generally the same. The only problem with having a class thats so tight nit, is the second anything happens everyone and their mother knows about it. You might be sitting in the commons waiting for your lunch and you hear something like "They branded what onto themselves?" You can be sure ...
